Carneros Inn

For Phase II of the Carneros Inn in Napa, California, Opticos was selected to serve as the “big picture consultant” to oversee the completion of the inn, whose progress had been hindered by changes in management and ownership. During an intense two-month process, Opticos created a new site plan for Phase II, and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and solutions that could be implemented in Phase II.

The resort village includes 25 one- and two-bedroom cottage units, a 2,500 square-foot market, and a 40,000 square-foot lodge, including a 200-seat restaurant, conference facilities, exercise facilities and a pool.
