Opticos Design is the lead consultant for Austin, TX’s CodeNEXT process and has presented three approaches to rewriting the city’s land development code. The team is advocating for Approach #2, the Deep Clean and Reset, which Opticos Principal Dan Parolek says is not a compromise, but an innovative approach.
